Eran Ayzik, President & CEO

Eran Ayzik has over 25 years of business experience in a variety of managerial and CFO roles in high-tech companies. He was Chairman of Omnilogos (Medilogos) Ltd., a software company that develops decision support solution for the medical market and CEO of Leprechaun Technologies Ltd, a software company developing speech recognition software. Previously, he was a partner, VP and CFO, of The Challenge Fund - Etgar L.P., a $245 million investment fund. He was also the CFO of Dovrat, Shrem & Co. Ltd., a leading Israeli holding company, traded on the TASE. Prior to that, he was a Senior Partner at Haft & Haft CPA (Israel). Mr. Ayzik holds dual B.A. degrees in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.

Moti Antebi brings over 30 years of business and managerial experience in leading Israeli and international companies. Prior to joining RiT as CFO, Mr. Antebi held various positions in Hadera-Paper (TASE: AIP) and Kimberly-Clark (TASE: KMB). Previously he served as CFO in FCD, a subsidiary of Hadera-Paper, Israeli leading manufacturer of paper based packaging, and in KCC-Turkey, a subsidiary of Kimberly-Clark. Prior to that, he served as Controller of Hogla-Kimberly, the largest marketer of non-food, disposable consumer products in Israel. Mr. Antebi holds an MBA in Integrative Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Benny Sharaby joined RiT in 2009 as Vise President R&D, bringing over 15 years of experience as a manager of multi-disciplinary R&D teams in networking and telecommunication organizations. Prior to joining RiT, Mr. Sharaby served as CEO at Ace Verification and AVP R&D at Actelis Networks. Previously, he served as VP R&D at Civcom. Prior to this, Mr. Sharaby held various managerial positions at Alvarion. Mr. Sharaby holds a B. Sc. and and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and MBA from Recanati School at Tel Aviv University.

Offer Herman, VP Sales, Asia & The Americas

Mr. Herman joined RiT as Sales Manager for Europe in 2000 and was promoted to Director of Sales for EMEA in 2003, and to Associate VP Sales in 2008. Mr. Herman was appointed VP Sales, Asia & the Americas in 2009. Prior to joining RiT, Mr. Herman held various positions in sales and marketing in several high tech companies in Israel. His last position before joining RiT was Sales Director in ArelNet Ltd. Mr. Herman holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from University of New Haven, Connecticut.

Jacob Elisha joined RiT in 2009 as VP Sales, EMEA bringing an extensive managerial experience from leading high-tech companies. Prior to joining RiT, Mr. Elisha served as VP sales, EMEA at Allot Communications. Previously, he led technical sales activities at Texas Instruments. Prior to that, Mr. Elisha held R&D positions in various high-tech companies in Israel. Mr. Elisha holds a B. Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York, NY, USA.

Meron Leibovich served in various positions at RiT Technologies including Presale Manager, Customer Support Manager and Regional Sales Director. Mr. Leibovich was promoted to Vice President Sales, Carrier in July 2010. In 2006-2007, Mr. Leibovich served as a Presale Manager at Optibase Ltd. Mr. Leibovich holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Open University, Israel.

Mrs. Geva joined RiT as Marketing Manager in 2005 and was promoted to Director, Marketing in 2006. Prior to joining RiT, Mrs. Geva held a position of Marketing Manager at Creo. Previously she served as PR Manager at CreoScitex. Prior to that, Mrs. Geva filled a number of marketing positions at Scitex Corporation. Mrs. Geva holds an MA in Linguistics from Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
