RiT Tech welcomes Martin H. Sabag as VP Product & Innovation

May 6, 2026

As RiT Tech continues to evolve its product strategy, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Martin H. Sabag as VP Product & Innovation, a move that strengthens the company’s focus on aligning technical capability with real-world infrastructure outcomes.

A tech and social entrepreneur, Martin brings over two decades of experience across product management, AI-driven platforms, and data-centric innovation. His career began with a foundation in electronics and telecommunications and has since evolved alongside the Data and AI revolution, with a focus on machine learning, predictive analytics, and more recently AI agentic platforms and photonic computing.

“Joining RiT Tech felt like a natural step,” said Martin. “The growth of data centers, driven by AI and increasing demand for compute, is creating one of the most important infrastructure shifts we’ve seen. There is a clear need for platforms that go beyond monitoring and actually help manage, predict, and optimize operations.”

In his new role, Martin will act as the strategic bridge between RiT Tech’s technology stack and the commercial value delivered to customers. His focus will be on advancing the company’s Universal Intelligent Infrastructure Management (UIIM) framework and ensuring the product roadmap aligns with the evolving needs of infrastructure and operations leaders.

“Managing data centers today requires a shift in approach,” he added. “As power density increases and environments become more complex, organizations need a unified and intelligent way to operate. Moving from reactive processes to predictive, data-driven decision-making is essential.”

Throughout his career, Martin has led a number of significant milestones, including scaling a company from zero revenue to IPO and transforming SaaS platforms into multi-product ecosystems serving global markets. He has also played a key role in guiding AI-focused organizations through highly competitive and fast-moving sectors.

He sees a growing opportunity in helping organizations regain control and visibility across increasingly distributed environments.

“As infrastructure evolves, more organizations are choosing to manage their own environments, whether on-premise or in colocation, to better control data and operations,” he said. “At the same time, the rise of edge computing and remote sites creates a need for platforms that unify visibility and operational control, even without local teams.”

Assaf Skolnik, CEO of RiT Tech, commented:

“Martin’s appointment marks an important step in strengthening our product leadership as we continue to scale. His deep experience across AI, data-driven platforms, and infrastructure aligns closely with our vision for the future. We are focused on delivering intelligent, outcome-driven solutions for data center operations, and Martin brings the strategic mindset and execution capabilities to help us accelerate that journey.”

Martin’s appointment supports RiT Tech’s ongoing mission to deliver enduring digital infrastructure that thinks ahead, creating value through operational agility, intelligent automation, and regulatory alignment.
