START OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility: This OFFER is open only to those who fully complete the online questionnaire via the RiT Tech website https://www.rittech.com/take-part-in-our-xpedite-dcim-innovation-survey.
The OFFER is only open to legal residents of the England & Wales. It is void where prohibited by the laws of England & Wales. Anyone who has been given direct access to the link from RiT Tech can complete the survey.
The OFFER is subject to the laws and regulations of England & Wales and is void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the OFFER (“You as the Interviewee”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of RiT Tech as final and binding as it relates to the content of this OFFER.
3. OFFER Period: Interviewees will be accepted online starting on the 15th December 2020 and ending on the 31st January 2021 All online entries must be received by midnight on 31st January 2021.
4. How to Apply: The OFFER must be entered by clicking on the following link https://www.rittech.com/take-part-in-our-xpedite-dcim-innovation-survey provided in the email you received from a RiT Tech employee. The survey application must fulfil all OFFER requirements, as specified, to be eligible to take part. Survey applications that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of RiT Tech.
5. Validity of the Offer: Only when you complete all the MANDATORY information in the survey will Your OFFER be valid. There is just one application per Interviewee. You can apply only once. If You as the Interviewee use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, the submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of RiT Tech.
6. The offer rules: Those who fully complete the survey (and take part in point 7 below) will receive the OFFER of a £30.00 retail voucher that is valid at the time of the OFFER. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at RiT Tech’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all offer-related expenses, including without limitation to local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Interviewee. No substitution of offer or transfer/assignment of offer to others or request for the cash equivalent by either You as the Interviewee is permitted.
7. How we use your data: To redeem the voucher, a RiT Tech representative will contact you by telephone using the provided contact details to confirm your email address you would like the retail voucher to be sent to.
8. Terms & Conditions: RiT Tech reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the OFFER should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond RiT Tech control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the OFFER. RiT Tech reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the OFFER or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. RiT Tech has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the OFFER, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the OFFER may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, RiT Tech reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Disputes: THIS OFFER IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND & WALES, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF THESE LAWS. As a condition of participating in this OFFER, You as the Interviewee agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this OFFER, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in England & Wales. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this OFFER). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
