BICSI Virtual ICT Forum - The Future of Data Centre Infrastructure and Network Management

We are very much looking forward to our discussion surrounding "The future of Data Centre Infrastructure and Network Management" at a virtual ICT forum - hosted by BICSI on the 11th of February 2021. For this virtual event, which is to be hosted via Zoom. We will be joining AFL Hyperscale and Cailabs in presenting three technical presentations for educational purposes.


During our hour and ten minute slot, we will be discussing :

  • Making Automated Infrastructure Management (AIM) work for data centres
  • How DCIM is evolving from reactive to predictive to proactive

Business Strategy and Technology Director, RiT Tech


With over 25 years of experience in the Data Centre sector industry Mark has been a specialist in the field of Data Centre Operations for over 20 years, concentrating on the delivery of business critical services from highly reliable, world class Data Centres with 24x365 availability expectations.


A Technical Operations Manager with extensive international experience and solid technical skills combining Data Centre Facilities Design, IT and Facilities Operational Management with Technical Consulting. Regular public speaker, conference host and industry advisor on data centre technical issues as well as being involved in International (ISO) data centre Standards development.

Yoel Zohar

VP R&D, RiT Tech


20 years of experience in software project development, extensive experience in developing and implementing solutions for communication systems management and communication room management combined with integration to systems such as: CMDB, HELP-DESK, BMS, ITSM, NETWORKING and more.


 All this using protocols such as: SNMP, TCP / IP, BACKNET, WS, and much more knowledge in a variety of development languages: C ++,
C #, WEB, JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL and more.
