Our Client's Challenge
The clients’ triggers for a DCIM system came from the lack of documentation of the facilities infrastructure and assets, as well as, the lack of procedures & rules for planning, managing and documenting the data center. Alongside this, the customer was also missing connectivity information and had “spaghetti” wiring, all the while the customer was also looking to move to a new site.
